**Drove me to Lowe’s for 2 stroke oil** Was motoring up the Hudson and running low on fuel. The guys stayed past closing time to let me get in and fuel up. They didn’t have any 2 stroke oil in stock (they should be stocking it soon along with octane boosters and other necessaries) so the owner Armand drove me to a couple gas stations to look for it (no dice) and eventually to Lowe’s to get the oil I needed. About 90 minutes out of his day on a weekend - way beyond any reasonable expectation of service and obviously much appreciated. Marina is run by a nice family and is very well protected from currents and wind. Nice solid docks with water and electric, plus fuel dock at the entrance. Would keep my boat here if I wasn’t just passing through. Wish I could give more stars - thanks for the lift.

Nice place connected to Englewood Boat Basin and Bloomer Beach.

Since lake Welch stony point Beach is closed took a u-turn and ended up with this place. This is visible from the highway. It is steep below the road and have some hairpin bends. Should be careful if you are a new driver. 3 mins drive from the road entrance and enough parking is available. It was heavily crowded. So many people were partying and having barbecue. Good place for hangout and barbecue and have party. There is another deck and parking available if you stretch a little bit further. One side sea another side mountain. Cool view. One backdrop is , this place is maintained.
