43 homes for sale at this present time. People are moving out. Association Fees are ridiculous and they do nothing. Greed and they concern themselves with a dog park over making sure the outside of the homes are taken care of. They need an administrative over haul. Everyone that comes I. Is no better than the one that left. Horrible. Past administration horrible one before that horrible.the ratings are very old they took down ratings they don’t want people to read.q Big turn around in the maintenance department, they are horrible. Recreation cater to only one group of people. Look at the monthly book and calendar they send out. Discrimination

I've been here 12 years and have no complaints. Whenever I've needed Maintenance, they've come within a few days at most. The grounds are clean and maintained and the flowers that bloom every Spring and Summer are a delight.

Jim Synder in charge really does a great job overseeing everything. The maintenance department keeps everything looking good. You need something they come. It’s amazing what is free from HVAC to ur kitchen faucet to refrigerator even free cable. Living here is easy living. With golf course, 2 club houses, a lake w boats, gym and even a toy train room and wood workshop what more do u need? HOA fee about $350 so what my old cable bill was $100. People will complain about it but u get so much and ur also taxed so little

I am a new resident. There is a LOT to learn about living in an active adult community. Luckily my spouse and I have been living in a condo community, which also has regulations. LVWA requires quite a bit of documentation to get an ID card and gate pass. Office staff was very helpful as I worked with my insurance company to provide what was needed for me to procure the card and pass.

Many of the units are very old, the maintenance department does the minimum only if you call them many times, not pleasant. They have answers to everything but do next to nothing. The internet connection is slow and often out of service, there is no one to talk to. Other than that, it's quiet which is nice, the air is clean and people are nice.
