Merchantville Country Club: Merchantville

Merchantville Country Club was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was responsive, helpful, and quick. The venue itself was the perfect size for our event, and they set everything up beautifully, allowing us to have everything in one place. On the day of our wedding, Alyssa was present to ensure everything went smoothly. The food was great, the bartender was amazing, and all of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend Merchantville Country Club to any couple planning their wedding.

Just had my baby shower here and it was amazing! Beautiful space! We had so many compliments from guests. Food was delicious. It was spacious. Alyssa was easy to work with and quick to respond to all our questions and requests. Definitely recommend!

I hosted an Alumni Awards luncheon banquet at MCC on 11/15/25. The banquet manager was exhaustive in her attention to detail helping ensure that everything went according to plan. The buffet was very good and plentiful, the room was perfectly set up and the feedback from the attendees was superlative. I already saved the date for next year.

Attended a baby shower here on Saturday June 29. As part of the family, I was horrified to hear about some random member accost a family guest, who is a Military veteran and her children as they were leaving. He accused them of scoping out the lot to break into cars. He tried to intimidate them with these random accusations and took their picture. Would he have attempted such bullying behavior if her husband had been standing there? There was NO reason for this behavior. Belonging to a Country Club does not make you classy. - - Good manners and being a true gentleman does. If he was trying to drive off event business and raise member's dues - he has certainly has succeeded. I would hope that he will encouraged to both delete the picture and apologize. Women - double think if this is a good place for you.

We had a baby shower at this place today. All I can say are that the people that belong here are LOW CLASS. They stopped a guest, who is a veteran, and her children who were guests at the baby shower, took their pictures in the parking lot, and asked if they were there to commit a crime and rob the cars. This is not a welcoming place with welcoming people. Plus, the venue was not that nice. It is a place for middle class people to feel as tho they are better than they are. I would not recommend this venue to anyone moving forward. Unless, of course, you want your family to be harassed by entitled jerks. If that is your style, this is the place for you!
