Old York Country Club: Old York

Attend a wedding at OYCC. Great venue and space. The manager was extremely friendly and open. Drinks and food were great. Good scenery and secluded. Wish I could have played golf here before they closed. Challenging looking course. Supposedly whole place will be gone soon.

We had our wedding reception at OYC on 10/19/19 and we are extremely pleased with everything the venue and staff had to offer. Melanie and Hank went over and beyond. The reception hall is elegant, spacious and very classy. Food was excellent and the surrounding area is beautiful for pictures. Our wedding guests were fascinated with the entire experience. We are extremely happy. Thank you to Melanie and Hank for everything!

Course is rugged, lots of natural scenery, would be great to have it a little more polished and landscaped. Challenging greens with lots of break, if you don't know course you will struggle on these greens. Membership is required to play the course. Restaraunt and pro shop team are super friendly and helpful. Great wine list in the restaraunt but food is mediocre. Social events are hosted regularly for members. Banquet facilities are excellent and food for banquets is fabulous. Hosting an event is seem less with excellent team.

hosted my sister's bridal shower at Old York this past weekend and would recommend it as a great venue for a similar event. Working with Melanie, the Banquet Director, was a delight. She was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the whole process. The room where we had the shower is pretty, and overlooked the golf course. We had a brunch buffet for the shower, and there was one waitress available for clearing plates, making sure water glasses stayed full, and serving the cake. Guests came up to me to comment on how good the food was, and everyone loved the mimosa bar!

Our wedding was this past weekend and I couldn’t wait to say how amazing and perfect everything was! If I could give OYCC 100 stars I would. Melanie our coordinator was amazing from the very first day we met her over a year ago- she answered every single one of our (many) questions, helped us stay organized and on track with our planning, and had the entire day completely laid out for us so I didn’t have to think of one little thing on our big day! Everyone told us how beautiful the venue is, how amazing the food was, and how seamlessly the day went! Melanie, Hank, and Stacey were seriously the dream team, any little thing we wanted or needed yesterday happened, it seemed like a snap of a finger and there it was! There aren’t enough words in the dictionary to explain how wonderful our big day was.... all I can say now is THANK YOU!!!
