One of the finest courses and golf experiences in my life. The hospitality exceeded five star. The owner, Pam Moore and her late husband, Joel, have poured their hearts, sole and passion into this stunning 300 ac masterpiece. Trevor, Mike and the entire staff are true professionals. The food and beverage service and quality was personalized and delicious. The locker room attendant made us feel like seasoned members. The greens were running 13, the tees and fairways reflected minimal play, the rough was cut to a playable height, and the bunkers had the perfect consistency and quality of sand. I’m a five handicap and a golf course critic. The Ridge at Back Brook is an undiscovered gem and truly one of America’s great private clubs.

Private club with well maintained course. Fairways were in great condition and the greens were immaculate. Very scenic course with some challenging rolling hills and valleys. Clubhouse in gorgeous with spacious outside seating that allows you to take in the incredible scenery. Locker rooms have bar service and very spacious. Pro shop very friendly.

One of the best golf courses that I've ever played. The course was is excellent condition and it was pretty hard, but fair. If you're a Quinnipiac Alumni you can play here without being a member.

There are spectacular courses, and then there is The Ridge at Back Brook. This is the most magnificent design I've ever seen and the conditions are literally perfect. What makes it truly special, is that it is so playable at the same time. It's a very fair track that rewards great shotmaking and penalizes poor strokes. I shot exactly what I deserved, 86, and loved every minute of it. The staff from the pros to the locker room attendants to the bartenders and chefs are world class and took amazing care of me. The members were extremely welcoming as well. It was nice to feel like I was at an exclusive golf club, but yet it was still approachable and welcoming. The practice facilities are right up there with the best I've ever seen. Really liked the 18-hole putting course. I have played at some of the most prestigious clubs in the country, and this ranks right up at the top of the list. Put this one on your bucket list. Better yet, join it and enjoy it for life.
